As a Production Operator, you take care of the qualitative assembly of subassemblies and/or finished products based on the production documents (routing, assembly plans, electrical diagrams, work instructions, etc.) and the available production resources (tools, jigs, test setups, etc.). You ensure that the assembly meets the prescribed specifications and functionality. To this end, you carry out prescribed production checks when necessary and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
Production Operator Meca:
Mechanical assembly of sub-assemblies
Performing functionality checks of mechanical sub-assemblies
Keeping the production file up-to-date
Making and applying improvements to the production process (continuous improvement)
Production Operator Electro:
Assemble electronic subassemblies
Making cable connections (soldering, crimping)
Mechanical assembly of sub-assemblies
Checking the functionality of sub-assemblies
Keeping the production file up to date
Making and applying improvements to the production process (continuous improvement)
You have experience in an assembly environment (machine and/or switch cabinet building, precision mechanics and/or electronics assembly, cable assembly)
You can read blueprints (2D or 3D)
You can read electrical schematics
You have had a technical education, mechanics, electromechanics, electronics or are equivalent through experience
You have experience in an assembly production environment (soldering, cabling, assembling, testing, etc.)
You are reliable and punctual
You work accurately and have an eye for detail
You are dynamic and like to learn
